   Sanjoy Banerjee has stepped masterfully into Indian Classical Music which is a supreme art form, highly acclaimed for its aesthetic quality, intricate technique and sublimity and with his sonorous voice has enthralled audiences at home and abroad.  In 1995 he joined the prestigious ITC Sangeet Research Academy and started learning music under Late Pt A Kanan and then from Sangeet Vidushi Late Malabika Kanan as a scholar. Today Sanjoy is a busy artist performing in India as well as in countries like Bangladesh, UK, Germany, Canada and USA as one of the leading young musician of Kirana Gharana.
